Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  ‘New or unused condition’ means that there are no scratches marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s) on the item and that it has not been resized or altered in any way.

Some Ineligible items are marked at checkout.

  • Some ritual products

  • Some health & personal care products

  • Herbs

  • Incense

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.



To start a return, you can contact us at support@gypsyparlors.com. or fill out the ticket info at the bottom of the Returns and Refunds page. Please provide all information listed: Email, Phone Number, Full Name, Order Number or Proof of purchase. and a reasoning. This will make the process quicker

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the original distributor and you may be subject to return shipping fees, you will receive details upon return request approval.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package via email provided or upon shipping label receival. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is recommended to take photos of the damaged goods as we may need to provide proof to the original supplier before getting approved for the return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items may be eligible for return as an exception and in some cases, we may not require you to return the item to receive a refund. Certain types of items cannot be returned but may still be available for refund, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on clearance items or gift cards purchases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, if the item is no longer available you may submit a request for product and we can see if we can locate more or help you with similar product recommendations.

Refunds

Please note Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@gypsyparlors.com
