Shipping Regions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery address
- Package weight and dimensions
- The most economical standard shipping rate available
FREE SHIPPING: Orders of $75 or more on eligible items qualify for free standard shipping to all US addresses!
For orders under $75, standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Free shipping applies to eligible products only. Some items may be excluded from free shipping promotions. Shipping costs for non-eligible items will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The specific carrier will be determined based on your location and the most cost-effective shipping option available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number
- A link to track your package in real-time
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or using the Shop app.
Delivery Times
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Standard Shipping: Typically 4-8 business days total (1-3 days processing + 3-5 days transit)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed:
- Check the tracking information for updates from the carrier
- Contact us if your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the ship date
- We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue
If your package is lost:
- Contact us immediately at support@gypsyparlors.com
- We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf

Once confirmed lost, we will either:
- Send a replacement (if item is in stock), or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gypsyparlors.com
- Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
Please do not discard damaged items or packaging until we've had a chance to review your claim with the carrier.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gypsyparlors.com
- Provide your order number and details of the issue
- Include photos if applicable
- We will send the correct/missing items at no additional cost
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
To update your address:
- Contact us immediately at support@gypsyparlors.com if your order hasn't shipped yet
- We'll do our best to update it before shipment
- Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal of delivery
You will be responsible for reshipping costs if you'd like the order resent.
Holidays & Peak Seasons
During major holidays and peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.):
- Processing times may be extended by 1-3 additional business days
- Carrier delivery times may be longer than usual
- We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order:
- Contact us at support@gypsyparlors.com as soon as possible
- Orders can only be cancelled before they ship
- Once shipped, you'll need to follow our return policy
